The Role
Ventia in partnership with the South Australian Government, as part of the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) contract, are seeking a Help Desk Coordinator.
The Help Desk Coordinator is responsible for undertaking inbound and outbound call resolution, monitoring work order timeframes, and following up on and escalating priority issues.
The role is a fixed-term, full-time opportunity. We are also happy to discuss the possibility of Part-time or job-sharing opportunities for the right candidates.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Answering inbound calls
- Create work orders on behalf of the client
- Arrange and liaise with external contractors to assign work orders
- Navigate SharePoint matrixes and various programs to raise work orders
- Liaise with Service Delivery Leads to determine correct contractors for individual sites
- Other tasks as directed by AGFMA Helpdesk Team Leader / Snr Helpdesk Coordinator
About you
- Call centre/Trade background desired
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills
- Clear communication ability and ability to actively listen to and confirm understanding of customers issues
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience with the following programs (Or the ability/willingness to learn: SharePoint/TEAMS/PowerPoint/Excel/MS Office Suite)
