About the role
The Executive Assistant provides dynamic administrative and professional support services to our Group Executive of Digital Services and Group Executive of Strategy and Corporate Affairs.
In this position you will have the opportunity to partner with some of Ventia's supportive leaders and a chance to join our collaborative ANZ family of EA's.
Based in in our beautiful North Sydney Corporate Head Office, you will enjoy the flexibility to balance your time in the office with work from home options.

Responsibilities include:
- Efficiently manage the Group Executive's complex and dynamic inbox and calendar, scheduling meetings and managing conflicting priorities.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, gathering and distributing relevant materials, documenting minutes and all event logistics.
- Undertake special assignments or projects as delegated by the group executive. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare presentations or reports.
- Manage monthly reconciliation of expenses and invoicing as required.
- Extensive travel management.
- General administrative duties including filing, reporting and document drafting and review.
Skills you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience supporting high level executives in a similar professional corporate role.
- Highly resourceful and inquisitive, with the ability to navigate different channels to find information and resolve issues.
- A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, internal stakeholders, and clients.
- Tech savvy & quick adopter of new programs, systems & processes including experience using online travel booking portals, expense management and invoicing software.
- Ability to successfully manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
- Confident and personable with advanced communication skills, ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
