Ventia has a long-standing Parks and Roadsides contract with the Mornington Peninsula Shire and is seeking an experienced gardener to assist deliver gardening maintenance works. The ideal candidate has experience supervising small teams, or is looking to take the next step into a supervisory role.

Responsibilities include:
- Supervision of small team to deliver high quality gardening projects in parks/reserves/cemeteries across the Shire.
- Plan and deliver the gardening programs of work within zone including mulching program, garden refurbishment, and monthly maintenance.
- Complete reporting on works delivered each day utilising iPad
- Assist to investigate and resolve customer service requests
- Lead by personal example and positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience across horticultural industry
- Trade/tertiary qualification in landscaping or horticulture would be advantageous
- An eye for detail, and self-motivated team player
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence (Manual)
- Basic IIT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to operate computerised equipment (e.g. mobile phone, iPAD)
