The Opportunity
Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has unlocked for a highly experienced Administrator looking to build a career in our Project Management Services team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be supporting the delivery of multiple small, large, and complex programs/projects for two key clients.

Primary responsibilities:
Supporting the Program Development Manager and wider team to develop and deliver programs within agreed quality, cost, and schedule;
- Support the team with scheduling, planning, financial allocation, tracking, and reporting tasks
- Process invoices and reconcile accounts as required
- Take meeting minutes
- Update the project management data base

- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Facilities and/or property facilities administration experience highly regarded
- Demonstrated coordinator experience is highly regarded
- Highly proficient in excel
- Hold transferrable administrative skills
- A team player with a can-do attitude
