We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our ODM fixed network team. You will work alongside Engineers, Designers, Field Supervisors and Contractors to meet project requirements.

About the Role
Industry knowledge in Telecommunications would be advantageous in your ability to understand, multitask and support the demands of the project team. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- First point of contact for customers
- Assisting with change requests and outages
- Assisting with installs of business grade for NBN
- Entering orders into Novus
- Liaising with the customer and site contacts to obtain feedback in order to prioritise orders
- Data capturing on NBN system and configuring files for input into the Novus system to provide contractors with all relevant information
- Ensuring all aspects for mobilisation are met
- Creating reports as required
About You
To be considered you must have:
- Intermediate Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sound time management skills
- Be a strong team player
- Have an aptitude for learning
