Ventia are engaged for the design, construction, financing, and facility management of the Royal North Hospital located in St Leonards. Due to growth within our contract, we’re hiring an Administrator to provide support to the team in the way of subcontractor compliance, helpdesk operations, procurement, and reporting.

About the role:

  • Prepare contract performance and compliance reporting and coordinate all Requests for Information.
  • Coordinate the monitoring and review of all subcontracts and delivery to ensure compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
  • Ensure completion of tasks related to subcontractor compliance including variations, insurances, licencing, and other compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate all site and induction requirements for Ventia.


About You:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role.
  • High level interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be able to work under pressure at times and have a high attention to detail.
  • An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
