Ventia is now seeking a Customer Service Officer to work across our long-standing contracts within the Mornington Peninsula Shire.
This is a permanent, full-time position from Monday – Friday.
The role will be based in our Mornington office and is offering $65,000 TFR per annum.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with the Shire, contractors, and stakeholders
- Responding to customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitoring and actioning emails and phone call requests
- Provide exceptional customer service to our stakeholders
- General administration duties such as reporting, processing documentation and assigning work
Skills and experience required:
- Customer service experience
- Any previous experience in an administration role will be advantageous
- General knowledge/ experience in Excel and Word will be advantageous
- You must hold OR be able to obtain a Working with Childrens Check
- All other training will be provided
