Customer Service Officer

Ventia is now seeking a Customer Service Officer to work across our long-standing contracts within the Mornington Peninsula Shire.

This is a permanent, full-time position from Monday – Friday.
The role will be based in our Mornington office and is offering $65,000 TFR per annum.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with the Shire, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely manner
  • Monitoring and actioning emails and phone call requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our stakeholders
  • General administration duties such as reporting, processing documentation and assigning work

Skills and experience required:

  • Customer service experience
  • Any previous experience in an administration role will be advantageous
  • General knowledge/ experience in Excel and Word will be advantageous
  • You must hold OR be able to obtain a Working with Childrens Check
  • All other training will be provided
