We are currently seeking a Project Accountant to support our Projects Finance Manager and Project Operation teams within our Telco sector projects.
This is a permanent role based in Cremorne, Melbourne.
The Project Accountant role will mainly be responsible for the Project Financial Reporting requirements. Duties & Responsibilities involve will have a strong focus on Forecasting and end of month tasks.
What you will be doing:
- Preparation of projects forecasting and budgeting in collaboration with project management
- Delivery of month-end financial results with accurate accruals and journal entries to SAP
- Completion of ad hoc project finance report as required by all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and team members across different departments
- General administration duties
About you:
Along with a can-do attitude, we are looking for someone eager to learn and grow within the role, as well as some of the following experience;
- SAP experience is essential
- Experience using Excel
- This is data intensive work so a love for numbers is a must!
