Reporting into the General Manager – Operations, this role is responsible for the day-to-day Service Delivery of End User Computing (EUC) Infrastructure services, where you will work closely with internal staff, vendors and partner stakeholders to deliver EUC & Workplace services as contracted, measuring the overall performance and quality for our technology platforms to support a reliable and cost-effective solution.

Working an integral member of the Digital Services Team, you will build strong delivery process across the team to ensure clear succession plans are in place and shape, influence and implement enterprise-wide strategic resolutions and agenda around customer centricity, safety, sustainability, diversity, innovation, digital enablement and business improvement.

As result you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience and knowledge in understanding governance models for End User solutions
  • Sound knowledge of EUC, Networks, Servers, Telecommunications, Dashboards and Microsoft O365
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver digital transformation to achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
  • Strategic thinker with a desire to investigate, problem solve and continuously learn new technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work exclusively to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through
