  An exciting opportunity for a Data & AI Manager to join our fun, collaborative, and hardworking Digital Services team!
  
  About the role

  The purpose of the Data & AI Manager role is to be a data evangelist, both internal to the organisation and external with our clients. You will provide consultative guidance to support and guide the business in using data to redefine customer excellence. Key in this process will be the ability to explain data and other technologies to a non-technical audience.

• Manage effective processes and tools to engage with the business to support bids with their data requirements

• Build and lead a team of data experts to support cross-selling and being client-focussed, innovative and sustainable

• Liaise with key stakeholders to understand their data and technology needs and provide a roadmap to delivering on their needs

• Continuously analyse current processes to identify areas for improvement or automation

• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies through continual learning and professional development

• Facilitate a culture of knowledge sharing and best practice adoption within the organisation

• Build and sustain external partnerships

  About you

• Demonstrated experience in managing, maintaining and supporting data and/or technology teams

• Experienced in leading, coaching and developing internal and external teams to achieve objectives

• Strongly geared towards ideation, development and implementation of new solutions in an maturing data environment

• Skilled in understanding and adopting relevant emerging technologies

• Skilled in understanding a risk appetite and appropriate levels of delegation and escalation for design and implementation
