About the role
We have an opportunity for Bid Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Services team, in a permanent full-time position based. The Bid Coordinator will support the preparation, coordination and production of bids and capability statements for national and state based tender opportunities.
We value working from home and offer hybrid working conditions with an office based in Brisbane CBD.
Duties:
- Assist in the bid / tender process, supporting the team to prepare submissions and post completion activities
- Manage tender timeframes
- Coordinate meetings, briefings/site visits, reviews, sign off and submission requests
- Establish and maintain appropriate templates, including visual materials and determining design and content
- Coordinate input from relevant bid team members – operations, key account managers, commercial/pricing, finance, health and safety, and other stakeholders as required
- Manage all client communication in relation to tender submissions
- Maintenance library information to support tender process
- Provide admin support to the Bid team.
About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of computer literacy, particularly in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Experience with the production of tender documentation
- Strong commercial understanding
- High level administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Graphic Design experience with Adobe InDesign preferred, but not essential
