Ventia is looking for enthusiastic, reliable Cleaners to join our team under the City of Sydney contract, helping maintain well used community facilities, public spaces, and commercial sites across the CBD.
Morning Shifts – Permanent Full Time or Casual
- 5:00am–12:30pm, Monday to Friday - $32.34 p/hr + super + overtime opportunities
- Australian driver’s licence essential
- Work across high-profile public spaces including grandstands, change rooms, toilets, and touchpoints
- Graffiti removal and general cleaning (mopping, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming)
Afternoon Shifts – Casual
- 4:00pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday – $36.19 p/hr + super + overtime opportunities
- General duties such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Using specialist tools (pressure washers, extension poles, industrial vacuums) in some roles

What we’re looking for
- Cleaning experience desirable
- Any experience using cleaning machines are desired
- Physically capable and detail-oriented
- Good verbal and written English
- Great attention to detail
