Who we are
VGCCC is an independent regulator committed to ensuring the integrity, safety and fairness of Victoria's gambling industry. We are committed to ensuring the Victorian gambling industry complies with its regulatory obligations and operates safely, fairly and free from criminal influence. We regulate from a sector-based model with an approach that is risk-based and intelligence-led.
Purpose
Our Purpose is to ensure integrity, safety and fairness for all.
This is our call to action - what we want to achieve for all Victorians. It is why we exist, guides how we work and all the decisions we make.
Values
Our values describe the approach and mindset we bring to our work in pursuit of our Purpose. They guide our behaviour, influence how we work together and are the standards we hold ourselves to. They serve to remind us that how we deliver on our Purpose if just as important as our Purpose itself.

Grow with us
We are focused on providing an exceptional employee experience and are committed to supporting our staff to continue learning and developing new skills at all stages of their careers.
We have clearly defined our key capabilities and distilled these into a capability landscape that clarifies the various offerings to our workforce that allows deliberate and focused capability development opportunities.
Development and capability roadmaps and regular development conversations provide clarity on career progression. We have introduced LinkedIn Learning for all staff to further support individual learning journeys in addition to our organisational capability building initiatives.
Inclusion and belonging
We actively seek to build a diverse workforce that represents the community we serve. We foster a culture of belonging and inclusion where diverse perspectives are valued and respected.
In our workplace, inclusion and diversity means people of all ages, abilities, cultural backgrounds, religious beliefs, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and people who are diver in gender and sexuality - work together to ensure we deliver on our purpose.
We take proactive measures to embed inclusion in who we are.
- Our Inclusion and Diversity Committee is chaired by executive leaders with committee representatives across the organisation
