Our Opportunity
The Manager, Industry Education and Information Services leads a high‑performing team to design and deliver the VGCCC's Industry Education & Learning Strategy, strengthening compliance and understanding across regulated sectors. In this role you will build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation and sector to ensure effective engagement and uptake. You will also oversee the information services function, ensuring high‑quality service delivery of our call centre and general enquiries line.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Experience in implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) including experience in developing digital and face to face learning products.
- Experience in the development and implementation of an operational strategy in a regulatory and statutory environment.
- Knowledge and experience in learning design methodology and adult learning principles that align to a broader and comprehensive learning strategy.
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills with experience in building and maintaining successful partnerships with a broad client base.
- Experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
