Our Opportunity
The Lead, Business and Procurement Services provides essential support services to the VGCCC which include risk management, building management, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, management of fleet vehicles and the development and implementation of administrative support systems, policies and procedures. This is a key operational position which plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of compliant, efficient and cost-effective procurement and contract outcomes that enable our organisation to meet its strategic objectives.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in procurement governance and assurance requirements within the framework of the Financial Management Act 1994 and Victorian Government Purchasing Board Guidelines
- Proven procurement experience encompassing the source to contract lifecycle e.g. RFP, RFQ, RFI with an extensive understanding of VGPB guidelines
- A tertiary qualification relevant to procurement, data analysis, and/or business systems (or equivalent) is highly desirable
