The Investigations Team is responsible for conducting investigations into alleged breaches of gambling legislation and regulations of non-casino gambling sectors.

Our Opportunity

The Senior Investigator will undertake complex, sensitive and significant investigations of regulatory risks and breaches of legislation which requires significant judgement and acumen to drive high quality investigative outcomes.

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Certificate IV in Government Investigations or other formal qualifications and/or training in investigations, law enforcement or a related discipline.
  • Experience conducting sensitive and complex investigations in a regulatory, enforcement or intelligence environment.

Important Information

To be considered for this role, you must not have, within the past two years, been employed by or worked with any key operative or licence/permit holder under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 or Casino Control Act 1991.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which include a nationally coordinated police check and misconduct screening.
