At the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC), we are modernising how we regulate the gambling sector. We take a risk-based approach to decision making and focus on building deep understanding of the key risks that impact community safety and the integrity and fairness of the gambling industry.

Why Join Us?

The VGCCC is an independent statutory authority with a globally recognised approach to regulating the gambling industry. Our work is grounded in protecting the Victorian community by minimising gambling‑related harm and promoting a safe, sustainable sector.

We are a values driven, inclusive organisation seeking people who are experts in their field and committed to helping us drive our values – ‘act with courage', ‘make it happen', ‘work together', ‘respect others', and ‘act with integrity'

We are dedicated to providing an exceptional employee experience and building a workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve. We foster a culture where everyone feels they belong, and where different perspectives are welcomed and respected. We strongly encourage applications from people of all ages, abilities, cultural and linguistic backgrounds, religious beliefs, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and people who are diverse in gender and sexuality.

We are proud to be recognised by WORK 180 as an Employer of Choice for Women and to have recently received awards for our leadership in Pay Equity and Employee Support and Safety Services at the 2026 WORK180 Equitable Employer Awards.
