About the role:
Reporting into the Chief People and Culture Officer you will lead the People agenda for the newly acquired retail business of 6,000 team members across the country. You will work closely with Leadership team of the Retail business to deliver People and Culture strategies with a team of People and Culture professionals. The role will be strategic, future focused and key in transforming and integrating the existing business to drive the people strategy for the future – and will require the knowledge and capability to operationalise this strategy from Day One of this newly formed business.
About you:
You will be an energetic and proven senior People and Culture leader, experienced driving retail transformation and developing strategic, integrated and fit for purpose frameworks and initiatives. You will have strong generalist P&C skills with a passion for turning strategy into action! Your deep experience in senior business partnering will be critical to the trusted advisor and coach role that you will play within the leadership team.
