About the role
You'll work alongside residential aged care teams to deliver person-centred physiotherapy services that support residents to maintain function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve goals that matter to them.
This diverse role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of clinical areas, including falls prevention, pain management, mobility and functional assessments, rehabilitation and reablement, neurological and dementia care, post-hospital recovery, exercise prescription, equipment prescription, and manual handling education and support.
You'll collaborate closely with residents, families, care teams and other allied health professionals to create meaningful outcomes and enhance quality of life.
What you'll bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for delivering person-centred care
- Experience in aged care, community, rehabilitation or disability settings (desirable but not essential)
