Change Management Specialist

The Change Management Specialist will ensure that projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and are according to budgets. Focusing on the people side of change, this will include changes to improve business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisational structures.
This hands-on position would be the perfect opportunity for a senior change analyst looking to step up their career into a leadership position in a secure and thriving industry.

Duties include
- Using the ADKAR model and broader PROSCI methodology to effectively plan, manage and sustain the people side of change for AM&P’s continuous improvement program.
- Developing & delivering effective executive-level and team communications that support the change journey.
- Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and teams/subject matter experts to build strong relationships and ensure their understanding and participation in the change journey.
- Ensure improvement/project plans and change plans are integrated early and develop suitable measures to track performance and iterate where needed to ensure delivery of agreed benefits and value.
- Help to develop and champion the change management at V/Line and participate actively in the Community of Practice.
About you
- To be successful in this position you will need to have previous experience in a change management position.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Change Management or equivalent.
- PROSCI accredited practitioner/change management certification
- A high level of expertise in Office 365 applications to support presentations, communications, collaboration and change management tracking & reporting.
- The successful candidate for this position will be an autonomous and independent worker with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
