Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, could you be VLine’s New Senior Signalling Maintenance Engineer?
The Senior Signalling Maintenance Engineer manages and maintains engineering requirements associated with VLine’s signalling equipment maintenance. Become the Senior Technical expert related to network maintenance signalling engineering and at the same time provide leadership to the broader team

Duties:
- Work with field-based staff to ensure that assets are maintained to defined standards.
- Work to improve standards to ensure business objectives are meet.
- Act as an operational interface between signal maintenance supervisors and projects.
- Provide technical leadership in all areas associated with signalling maintenance engineering.
- Validate plans and routine maintenance activities within signalling, ensuring the right assets are being maintained to the right frequency.
About you:
- Demonstrated alignment to V/Line’s values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership, and human rights.
- Experience as a signalling supervisor, with a Diploma in Signalling or
- An Electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering degree with experience in rail signalling.
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Good communication skills and Experience Leading a team.
