About the role
Reporting into the Planning Lead, the Senior Planner is responsible for ensuring the development of high-quality schedules to support the smooth running of projects for V/Line, maintaining the high standard of output
Utilizing your strong stakeholder management skills and sound knowledge of Primavera, the Senior Planner will liaise with Project Managers to come up with clearly defined programs, with regular check ins to ensure projects are running on time and to budget
Working on high profile projects such as the Gippsland Line Upgrade, Shepparton Corridor Upgrade and the Bendigo Echuca Line Upgrade, you will have exposure to key stakeholders within the business and be responsible for a large portfolio of work
About you
To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified in Engineering, Construction, Building, Commerce or Project Management (essential)
You will have experience in planning in a construction industry (ideally 5+ years)
Strong stakeholder management skills and expert level of ability with Primavera
Demonstrated alignment to V/Line’s values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights.
