Reporting to Customer Services Managers, could you be our new Services Officer?
About the role
- Maintain the best possible delivery of service to customers travelling on V/Line services
- Communicate accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring coach replacements are organised where required and selling tickets to customers
- Opportunities to work at various staffed stations along the Bendigo line
- Work collaboratively within the team and wider functions
- Ensure the safety of colleagues and customers at all times
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the station
- Some stations require safe working elements, training will be provided
About you
- Previous extensive experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Strong verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license is essential
- Strong safety culture

This position is classified as a TRAINEE STATION STAFF ($26.3917) whilst doing full-time, classroom-based training for 4-6 weeks. Upon successful completion of the training, this full-time position, is then classified as STN OFF C3 ($43.3001), with pay & conditions in accordance with the current V/Line Rail Operations and Administrative Employees Agreement 2019.
