About our role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Administrator to join our very friendly and inclusive administration team to support our Infrastructure (Civil) team. With training and ongoing support, you would not only be assisting our team of established engineers with administration support, you will also work closely with other locally based administrators assisting with work overflow as required.
What your day could look like:
Your new role would see you creating, amending and formatting reports, letters, updating CV’s with relevant experience, collating information for submissions and documents in line with WGA’s formatting standards, assisting with domestic travel requests and car bookings through our internal booking system and ad-hoc requests and to collaborate with the admin team to ensure that all requests are completed in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience (at least 3+ years) as an administration assistant/team administrator or similar. Ideally within a project based environment.
- Advanced computer skills and an intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Organisational, prioritising, attention to detail, communication and time management skills.
- Proven experience liaising with internal staff at all levels including senior managers (this role would entail you working closely with internal staff from graduates through to technical directors).
- The ability to work independently and part of a team and exercise sound judgement.
