About our role:
To support our continued growth, this newly created position will be responsible for providing positive, proactive and effective employment and administration activities across the P&C function, including:
- Maintenance of accurate and compliant people records in our systems (Employment Hero and Culture Amp);
- Drafting employment contracts and other letters and documents;
- Providing assistance to employees, line managers and the P&C team to support a cohesive and enjoyable workplace experience;
- Assisting and enabling the People & Culture team to deliver people-focused operations;
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- A relevant P&C/business/management tertiary qualification (or be currently studying) or relevant work experience in a P&C role;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a national team with experience taking ownership of issues to resolution;
- High level attention to detail, accuracy and systems thinking orientation;
