About our Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Finance Officer to join our finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and have a hardworking attitude.
This position offers the opportunity to join a skilled and supportive team of Finance Officers, working together to provide essential finance support to the business. You'll be part of a collaborative group, eager to share their knowledge and expertise.
Reporting to the Finance Team Lead, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
To be successful in this position you will have experience with debt collection, a high level of computer literacy, good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to MYOB or similar accounting program.

- General accounts administration and office duties
- Processing creditor invoices through ProSpend
- Account reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Monitoring the Finance emails
- Data entry
- Liaising with internal staff
