Who we are looking for
We have a part-time position for a Customer Relations Officer contracted to January 2025. This position is for 40 hours a fortnight at our Warrnambool office offering a generous salary of $62,067.98 to $67,345.82 pro rata.
Job Description
What you'll be doing
On a day-to-day basis, you'll be
- Handling incoming customer phone calls.
- Attending to visitors and customer enquiries.
- Ensuring customer requests and information received are handled accordingly.
- Acting as a source of information for members of the public.
- Assisting with issuing accounts.
Desired Skills and Experience
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone with
- One to two years of relevant experience.
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to assist and resolve customer issues under pressure.
- The ability to work effectively in a close-knit team to accomplish objectives and targets.
- Skills to operate a variety of computer software.
