Who we are looking for

We have a part-time position for a Customer Relations Officer contracted to January 2025. This position is for 40 hours a fortnight at our Warrnambool office offering a generous salary of $62,067.98 to $67,345.82 pro rata.

Job Description

What you'll be doing

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be

  • Handling incoming customer phone calls.
  • Attending to visitors and customer enquiries.
  • Ensuring customer requests and information received are handled accordingly.
  • Acting as a source of information for members of the public.
  • Assisting with issuing accounts.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone with

  • One to two years of relevant experience.
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to assist and resolve customer issues under pressure.
  • The ability to work effectively in a close-knit team to accomplish objectives and targets.
  • Skills to operate a variety of computer software.
