Who we are looking for
We are seeking two dedicated Customer Support Officers to join our Warrnambool team. You will be our customers' first point of contact, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
These are temporary positions for a 12-month period, one being full-time and one being part-time (five days per fortnight). These positions come with a generous salary of $63,309.34 to $68,692.74 p.a. plus superannuation, pro rata for the part time position.
Job Description
What you'll be doing
On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
- Handle incoming customer phone calls.
- Attend to visitors and customer enquiries.
- Ensure customer requests and information received are handled accordingly.
- Act as a source of information for members of the public.
- Assist with issuing invoices and follow up overdue accounts.

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with
- One to two years of relevant experience.
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to assist and resolve customer issues under pressure.
- The ability to work effectively in a close-knit team to accomplish objectives and targets.
- Skills to operate a variety of computer software.
