About the role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Project Delivery Project Leader to support the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the region. Reporting to the Project Delivery Team Leader, you will manage relationships with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and internal teams while delivering a portfolio of minor capital and operational maintenance projects.
What the role will involve
- Manage a portfolio of up to 15 projects across electrical, civil, and mechanical disciplines covering water, wastewater and drainage assets
- Lead end-to end project delivery across the full project lifecycle—from initiation to commissioning and closeout
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, business cases, and tender documentation
- Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project cope, timelines and objectives
- Conduct site inspections to support project scoping, monitoring construction progress, and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
- Manage contract administration and procurement activities, including tendering, vendor engagement and performance monitoring
About you
- Experience in project management within engineering, construction, or a trade background
- Knowledge of tendering, contract award, and contractor management processes
- Experience in construction, including quality and HSE requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Understanding of contract administration and project delivery methods
