Lead the technology that supports the people behind a service essential to life.

Water is life. Every day, millions of Western Australians rely on the safe, reliable water services our people deliver. Behind those people sits the HR and payroll technology that supports how we attract, pay, develop and care for them.

We're looking for a people-focused technology leader to lead our ERP HR team through a period of significant change as we modernise our HR systems and ways of working.

This isn't just a technology management role. It's a role for a leader who wants to build a high-performing team and make a real impact.

As Manager ERP HR, you will lead the HR technology capability within Water Corporation's ERP & Corporate Systems platform, responsible for SuccessFactors, payroll technologies and related HR systems. As service owner, you'll lead the delivery, operation and continuous improvement of these services, keeping them stable, secure, compliant and fit for future needs. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to shape the ERP HR roadmap, balance competing priorities and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

What makes this role different?

• Lead a business-critical function that supports how our people are paid, supported and developed.
• Shape the future of SuccessFactors, payroll and HR technology services.
• Balance operational excellence with continuous improvement and innovation.
• Influence senior leaders, stakeholders and vendors to set priorities and manage expectations.
• Help drive our evolving IT operating model, including the adoption of SAFe Agile ways of working.

Who we're looking for

A leader who builds high-performing teams, creates accountability and can confidently balance competing priorities, risks and stakeholder expectations.

You'll bring significant experience leading ERP, HR technology, enterprise applications or platform teams in a large, complex organisation, along with strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management and commercial skills. Experience with HR technology ecosystems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you understand that the business defines the outcomes, and you have the curiosity and drive to help it realise value through technology.

Join us

We're building modern, secure and reliable HR technology services that support our workforce today and into the future.

If you're motivated by purpose, energised by leading people and want to shape HR technology at scale, we'd love to hear from you.
