We are looking for bold, creative thinkers to join our 12-week Program and help solve the big issues affecting our planet. We are making progress to reduce the impacts of climate change, work with Aboriginal people and communities to prosper and adopt innovative ways of working.

For University students in their Penultimate Year, we have 25 Vacation Student roles in the Perth Metro.
Metro roles will be based in Perth for the duration of the program.
Our Program will run from 28 Nov 2022 – 17 Feb 2023.

What next
Step 1 - Review and Cognitive Testing and Video Interviews:
Our recruitment team will review your application, you may be invited to perform our TRIO Essentials evaluation online. The tests are timed so please find yourself a quiet 15-minute window in your day where you won’t be interrupted during the test. This quick test is designed to measure intelligence through Abstract reasoning, Numerical and Verbal reasoning problem-solving exercises.
We may also invite selected candidates to introduce themselves to us via video interview, this should be treated as a professional face to face interview but can be completed at a time and location which suits you. We will ask a few questions about what you are currently up to in your penultimate year of Uni and your motivation for working at Water Corporation this summer. You can film your short video replies which our hiring team will review, don’t worry we allow you to do a few re-takes!
Step 2 Assessment Centres:
Our Assessment Centres will be held in Leederville between Mon 29 – Wed 31 August 2022, we will contact you to schedule if your application meets our criteria to this point.
Step 3 Pre-employment Screening:
Our due diligence checks include work Australian right verification, medicals and police clearance from an organisation called Cited. We also perform reference checks from a company called Xref so please expect emails from these companies if you are successful to this point.
