About the role:
In this newly created senior position you will be leading a large team with a strong breadth. Responsible for Marketing, Content, Digital, Partnerships and Education you will be the custodian of the Water Corporation Brand and responsible for the development and execution of our Brand and Digital Strategies to support business objectives.
Your approach to leadership is without question. You’ll be inspiring your team to become trusted advisors in their chosen fields. You and your team will be the driver for the development and execution of content, communications, and digital strategies through all external channels. You will act as the product owner of our customer digital platforms and be accountable for the customer experience via those channels.
You will aim to optimise efforts based on what matters most to customers. This means leading change from focusing on delivering within individual channels to a holistic view of customer experiences across journeys. Alongside other leaders you will help uplift capability in the integration of measures, improvements, planning and governance to support this change.
What the role will offer:

About you
There are a few things that we’ll look for in your CV.
You’re an experienced leader. With your coaching and support, you know how to give people the freedom to do their best work. You are well known for your collaborative approach and ability to develop strong internal and external relationships at all levels to support your team and customer outcomes. Your ability to inspire through your strategic thinking and vision is evident and you monitor trends, provide recommendations and best practice advice to assist in the achievement of business objectives.
You are someone who has the ability to influence and will drive the development, delivery and continuous improvement of holistic brand, marketing, and digital strategies across the Corporation.
You will have substantial experience in leading and managing high performing teams and have managed complex initiatives involving a cross-section of stakeholders and organisational change.
You will have a degree level qualification in commerce, communications, marketing, digital and/or a related discipline.
