About the role:
We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Operations Assistant based in our Albany depot. This role will require you to provide a broad range of administration support in accordance with the South West Region requirements to assist and contribute to the service delivery function in the district.
The role will involve:
- Providing administrative assistance and IT support to depot management and operational staff
- Raising purchase orders for goods and services, receipting goods and approving invoices (SAP)
- Assisting with management of Bridgetown depot store/warehouse (inventory management)
- Assisting with work order creation and execution (SAP and Maximo)
- Assisting with management of fleet vehicles
- Maintenance of Bridgetown depot facilities (cleaning/repairs/inspections etc.)
- Assisting with management of Clearance to Work requests and shared district calendar (Outlook)
- Assisting with management of district leave calendar, daily time recording reports and pay claims
