About the role
We have a permanent position for a Team Lead- ROV You will lead a team of technical experts in Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) who inspect Water Corporation assets all over the state.
What the role will involve
- Lead, support, and mentor a team of 6
- Plan, schedule and coordinate project tasks and resources for team members
- Ensure all team activities are undertaken with safety as a first priority
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
Key skills and experience
You will be degree qualified in engineering or a relevant discipline and an experienced leader leading operational field teams. Experience working with remote operated vehicles (ROV) or Non- Destructive Testing technologies is highly regarded however not essential. You will have a safety mindset and ensure that safety is the number one priority in every activity you and the team undertake. A C class driving licence is essential for this position.
