About the role:
This is a diverse role focussing on operational delivery and stakeholder engagement. You will lead projects aimed at improving operational assurance and compliance performance across Operations Group. You will have the ability to negotiate and influence project stakeholders to achieve an agreement of initiative or change objectives. Regular communication with your key stakeholders will be fundamental, discussing the progress of the initiatives and identifying opportunities.
What the role will involve:
Be an important contributor to effectively implementing change. Provide facilitation support to forums within Operations Group, focussed on performance improvement. Ultimately, you will develop and grow your knowledge of Operations.
Key skills and experience:
- Experience in delivering and or leading change and initiatives projects.
- Experience in process development and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated business improvement, change management and project management skills.
