About the role
We have an exciting acting opportunity for a Senior Officer - Best Practice to provide support, maintenance and business improvement to the Best Practice Team in managing the Engineering and Project Management Business Units Management Systems including document control. This role is based in our Leederville office and will report to the Team Leader - Best Practice.
What the role will involve
- Maintain and drive business improvement within Engineering and Project Management
- Manage and control documents and records in accordance with established standards
- Analyse, create and update Engineering & Project Management Intranet pages
- Provide training, education and advice in relation to document and records management
- Undertake internal audits as required
Key skills and experience
You will have a qualification in a relevant discipline, along with substantial experience in document control and quality management systems. Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP) will be desirable. Your ability to work as part of a high performing team, and large stakeholder group will set you up for success in this role.
