About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Advisor to join our People Systems team. In this role you will provide business systems advice and technical expertise to deliver operational processing, higher level systems administration, training and support to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of People and Capability’s (P&C) business applications. Enjoy playing the role of conduit between the process and the IT support staff.

What the role will involve:

  • Manage the controls, systems and processes to ensure data integrity and that information accurately reflects legislative and corporation wide requirements
  • Provide advice and use specialist knowledge to address end-user queries, issues and problems.
  • Provide escalation level support for assigned business applications and liaise with next level of support to escalate issues. Provide administration support within teams/end users across those applications.
  • Develop and deliver reports to the business that support self service for process owners, managers and employees.
  • Identify where improvements to the system can be made and partner with IT Support to investigate business application changes.

Key skills and experience:

  • Tertiary level qualification in business and/or administration OR
  • Substantial experience in HR/Payroll business systems applications.
  • Considerable experience in the area of business analysis, data analysis and reporting
  • Considerable experience in HR business applications
  • Experience using SuccessFactors, SAP and PowerBI
  • Engage with customers and understand their requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels
  • The ability to work autonomously in customer environments – taking ownership for challenges and identifying solutions and workarounds.
