        About the role

        We have a 12-month opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter to be our Executive Assistant within the People and Safety Group. Reporting to the General Manager you will be required to provide a wide range of high level and confidential executive assistance and support.

        You must have strong interpersonal skills to build a rapport with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a high level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities whilst delivering a high standard of work. You will work closely with the Lead Team and Business Units to provide support across a range of areas.

        What the role will offer

        • Provide accurate, confidential, and comprehensive high-level executive support to the General Manager
        • Proactive management of the General Manager’s calendar to resolve schedule conflicts in advance and build space for priority tasks and critical engagements
        • Coordinate and effectively manage all Board and Executive papers and actions for the Group in an accurate and timely manner
        • Provide high quality service to internal and external customers while building successful relationships on behalf of the Lead Team

        Key skills and experience

        • Previous executive support experience in a similar role
        • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate successful outcomes with stakeholders of all levels
        • Advanced competencies in the use of relevant corporate applications
