        About the role:

        We are looking for a creative and passionate graphic designer to be a part of our growing central design support function, working on the development and execution of content for a variety of projects across printed and digital channels.

        What the role will involve:

          Interpret creative briefs, share ideas, and execute design material that is on brand and engaging across offline and online platforms

            Develop and implement online and offline content to support corporate projects and priorities

              Provide design advice and expertise to multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure a consistent application of our brand

                Working closely with the coordinator – design to provide a central point for in-house design support requests Including the prioritisation of work and escalation where required

                  Project managing design requests through the setting of clear delivery expectations and keeping stakeholders informed on progress at regular intervals

                    Consistently look for ways to resolve design inefficiencies to deliver on stakeholder requests more effectively

                      Build and manage relationships with key internal, external and regional stakeholders to enhance and protect the Corporation’s reputation, identity and brand including print suppliers.

                      Key skills and experience:

                        Tertiary level qualification in design. communications, marketing, or a related discipline.

                          Experience in graphic design using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign

                            Relevant experience in motion graphics content creation and editing skills using Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Animate or Similar

                              Relevant experience with brand application and alignment to corporate style

                                Relevant experience with both print and digital mediums

                                  Experience in the preparation of communication materials such as signage, brochures, and digital assets

                                    Attention to detail in both design work and time management to handle multiple projects at once

                                      Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and set design deadlines and expectations with stakeholders

                                        Relevant experience in meeting customer needs within a large organisation.

                                          Highly effective verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to summarise complex issues into plain language for common use.
