        Level 5 salary – $105,754 plus 10.5 % Super

        We have a permanent opportunity for an Analyst – Growth.

        You will be responsible to support the management of information and data for the identification, development, and support of a diverse range of resource development opportunities throughout the full project lifecycle that maximises value to the Corporation, the customers, and communities it serves and supports State development.

        This role is based in our Osborne Park office and will be reporting to the Program Director – Growth.

        Now to the fundamentals of this role:

          Develop and maintain effective program and project tracking and reporting of performance and updates, tracking critical program and project-based information, such as project schedule against plan, spend profile and forecasting, and resource loading.

            Analyse and report on resource constraints, risks, and issues.

              Lead collaboration with Program and Project Leads in the use of the scheduling tools and templates.

                Support the gathering of information and data on markets, industries, and technologies, provide insights of opportunities for commercial business arrangements that will add business value for the Corporation, its customers, community, and owner.

                  Develop analytics and reporting solutions as well as metrics and artefacts to contribute to the program management processes.

                  Key skills and experience:

                    Degree level qualification in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a relevant discipline

                      Considerable experience and understanding of various project management processes, methodologies, and principles.

                        Substantial experience in using a variety of reporting tools to provide data insights.

                          Considerable experience working within a governance framework ensuring quality deliverables.

                            Application of growth mindset to deliver outcomes in high pressure environments and uncertainty.

                              Experience in synthesising lots of data and information into salient points and outputs. Skills and achievements in project management.

                                Ability to demonstrate the values and behaviours that contribute to a constructive, high-performance culture.
