          About the role

          Are you a team player who enjoys creating content for multiple channels and has a passion for improving brand and customer experiences?

          If this sounds like you, come and join our growing Content & Social Media team.

          This role is focussed on designing, developing, publishing and optimising brand and service content experiences to improve community perceptions, uplift customer satisfaction and to drive behaviour change. You will play a key role in delivering high quality and engaging website content updates, while providing content support across other digital and offline communications touch points.

          What the role will involve

            Being part of the central Content & Social Media team, working collaboratively with other content specialists and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric content that aligns with our brand voice, identity and content governance frameworks.

              Creating and publishing engaging written and visual content for our website, social media and other customer communications such as SMS, emails, letters and bills.

                Leveraging user research and analytics to make data-driven decisions to frame, structure and optimise content for multiple channels.

                  Assisting with SEO strategy execution through digital content to drive organic website traffic.

                    Building and maintaining working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to collaboratively enhance content experiences within agreed timeframes, applying accessibility and readability best practices. This includes supporting internal stakeholders with periodic website content updates and content aspects of project briefs.

                      Working with our Customer Experience Design team to improve customer communications touch points across customer journeys.

                      Key skills and experience

                        You’ll be a go-getter with a ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to collaborate for continuous improvement.

                          Considerable experience in the development and coordination of engaging written and visual content on a variety of print and digital platforms, based on interpreting analytics and reporting insights.

                            Tertiary level qualification in digital experience, marketing, communications or a related discipline.

                              Sound digital literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of how to apply website accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.

                                Knowledge of SEO best practices to improve organic search experiences through content.

                                  Relevant experience using Sitecore, or similar website content/experience management systems

                                    Previous experience with martech and workflow management tools such as Jira, Monday.com and Salesforce is highly regarded.

                                      Experience using content performance measurement tools including Siteimprove, Google Analytics and social media management tools such as Sprinklr, is favourable but not essential as training will be provided.

                                        Experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.

                                          Highly organised and astute with the ability to prioritise competing workloads.

                                            Excellent attention to detail and a stickler when it comes to spelling and grammar.

                                              Relevant experience with brand application and alignment to corporate style guides.
