The opportunity

We are seeking a People Partner to join us on our transformation journey. Working alongside a People Partnering Manager in our newly formed team, you will provide advice, coaching and support to portfolio leadership teams on a range of people management matters, to build capability and improve culture and performance.

This is a wide ranging role requiring expertise across a variety of generalist skill sets including organisation design, change management, capability building and talent management strategy.

About you

You will have a solid generalist HR background coupled with an enthusiastic, optimistic outlook to your work. Building meaningful, trusting relationships is what you do best; coaching and supporting leaders to deliver business outcomes. With the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders, you will collaborate with leaders to translate business imperatives into strategic and tactical people initiatives driving value from change.

More specifically you will have:

  • A degree qualification in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • Considerable experience building partnerships and advising on leadership, change and people management.
  • Exceptional coaching skills and ability to influence to drive change.
  • Experience interpreting and providing advice on industrial instruments, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
