Based among the beautiful beaches of Albany the Environment Advisor is the subject matter expert for region on environmental compliance and management requirements.
You’ll be based in our regional Albany office where you will have the support of a multitude of experts in their field within the Operations Services team of the Great Southern Region.

What your day might look like
As the Advisor Environment, your focus will be to provide environmental advice, guidance, and support to the region across monitoring, investigation, approvals, compliance, and contract management.
You will also manage the environmental management system and all reporting associated with environmental obligations. You will have a blend of activities that will see you investigating reports in the field one day and completing desk-based tasks the next, no two days are the same.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of stakeholders across the corporation giving you visibility of the large scope of works we are involved in.
Your skills and experience
You have a pro-active mindset, always looking for efficiencies and use your highly developed interpersonal skills to build a rapport with your stakeholders and co-workers.
Your previous work history will include similar field-based roles involving environment investigation and compliance, ideally, you’ll have a relevant qualification to support your on the job experience.
For this role, you will require a valid driver’s license as site visits and some travel will be required.
