About the role
We have a 12 month fixed term opportunity for a Specialist Operations Strategy joining our Integrated Operations Business Unit, based in the Leederville and commencing in January 2025. What the role will involve
Supporting the Treatment and Resource Recovery Lead Team in their business planning, performance reporting and delivery of strategic projects.
Supporting all of Operations Group in:
- Diagnosing strategic business needs and ensuring effective plans and actions are in place and delivered
- Leading multi-functional project teams, coordinating the scoping, design, delivery and the close out of strategic initiatives
- Identifying, engaging and communicating the needs of Operations with key stakeholders for projects, taking a corporate and external customer viewpoint
Key skills and experience
You’ll have a degree in a relevant discipline, along with experience in strategy, business planning and the application of project and change management to business improvement/change projects. You’ll also have experience in delivery of complex, high impact corporate change projects in a large organisation. Your demonstrated leadership, and ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence both senior internal and external stakeholders will ensure success in this role.
