What you’ll do:
- Support the delivery of the program of non-digitally enabled projects through working with project owners to optimise allocation of resources to deliver business improvement projects and agreed priorities relating to delivery of corporate strategic outcomes.
- Develop and maintain reporting processes and systems to monitor the progress, delivery and on-going benefits arising from transformational initiatives through close liaison with initiative owners.
- Conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis to proactively identify transformational improvements across the business that streamline business processes and workflows to reduce costs or provide revenue growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic relationships and engage with key internal and external stakeholders to advance the interests of the business including identification of transformational opportunities and approaches.
- Work closely with Digital team and the business to provide analysis and advice on the viability of technology proposals and digital transformation initiatives and the financial/non-financial benefits.
- Drive delivery of strategic and transformational initiatives through either through direct management of the initiative or through taking a strong coordinating role to ensure that they are adequately resourced and supported
- Establish and implement the governance structures necessary to manage the program of transformational projects (including digitally enabled projects).
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, economics or similar discipline or equivalent workplace experience
- Working knowledge of project/program delivery and benefits realisation methodologies and processes including benefits tracking
- Understand the use of data visualisation and analytical tools to generate insight.
- Change management methodology and frameworks to support the people side of change
- Established experience in management of transformation projects and programs across business functions.
- Experience in development and improvement of analysis and reporting activities including benefits realisation
- Previous experience in providing finance and commercial business partnering and decision support and performance analysis to Senior Management.
