What you’ll do:
- Implement key customer communication collateral including content for the WaterNSW websites and other print and social media publications and customer communication and engagement strategies.
- Generate communication materials across multiple channels including internet content, customer newsletters, notices and collateral in line with Customer and Community strategies to support the promotion of WaterNSW.
- Support the customer communication databases in order to improve the efficiency of customer communications to all customers or specific segments as identified by the business.
- Monitor the external market to identify content opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with wider organisation to understand customer insights with initiatives.
- Development of product launch plans, working to influence key business areas on research outputs/customer insights and that key messaging is understood.
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, or experience in a closely related discipline
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Marketing & Communication principles
- Experience at developing content across multiple mediums
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels (internally and externally) with a clear understanding of the need for diplomacy, tact and confidentiality at all times.
- Campaign performance and continual improvement of initiatives
- Ability to produce flawless written copy in a variety of styles and translate complex or technical information into plain English
