What you’ll do:
- Maintain and administer WaterNSW’s asset registers to ensure the timely replacement, delivery, maintenance, repair and disposal of property, fleet and associated equipment, supporting effective lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual and governance obligations, delivering work in line with WaterNSW’s property, fleet and security management contracts, policies and procedures
- Provide accurate and proactive administrative support by maintaining information systems and processing purchase orders, invoices, budget reconciliations and vendor documentation within required timeframes
- Coordinate mandatory compliance training and policy updates for WaterNSW employees and external contractors, ensuring awareness of fleet, property, safety and operational requirements while minimising contractual and probity risks
- Manage and compile insurance claims across WaterNSW’s fleet of light and heavy vehicles, trailers, registrable plant and watercraft, ensuring timely and complete submission of documentation.
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, asset management, logistics) or equivalent industry experience.
- Current NSW Driver Licence.
- Demonstrated experience in property, fleet, plant or logistics administration, ideally within a regulated or operationally complex environment.
- Solid working knowledge of fleet, logistics, security and property management processes, including associated policies, systems and operational frameworks.
- Proficiency in using enterprise asset management and finance systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records and extract meaningful insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, correspondence and stakeholder updates.
