What you’ll do:
- Maintain property database registers for leases, licences and property to maintain accuracy and retrieve data to meet requests for information.
- Administer lease related payments for leasehold and freehold agreements and ensure all completed property transactions are tracked, documentation is completed and filed in the records management system.
- Maintain Public Liability Insurance records from tenants in Records Management System.
- Administer end-to-end processes for freehold land lease billing and reconciliations, including processing lease-related payments, issuing invoices, ensuring accuracy of invoices.
- Provide administrative support to allocate, reconcile and adjust rents and outgoings and process purchase orders for property related expenses.
- Review property agreements to identify tenancy requirements and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to assist with resolving queries and tenancy matters.
What we are looking for:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or equivalent industry experience.
- At least 2-3 years in Commercial or Corporate Real Estate lease admin functions or similar workplace experience.
- Knowledge of lease administration within commercial / retail property management environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with intermediate to advanced user skills in Excel and familiarity with using formulas to analyse a large database.
- Strong track record of delivering accurate tenancy reconciliations with extensive experience in ensuring high standards of data integrity.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
