We’re seeking an Integrity Specialist to help safeguard Western Power by strengthening our approach to preventing, detecting and responding to fraud and corruption. In this permanent part-time role (22.5 hours per week), you’ll play a vital part in protecting our people, reputation and operations, partnering with the business to embed robust fraud control practices, respond to incidents, and contribute to building a culture grounded in accountability and trust.

Your Role in Action

  • Champion the integrity of Western Power by bringing our Fraud and Corruption Control Plan to life—helping prevent, detect and respond to matters across the business
  • Lead and deliver fair, independent and confidential investigations into fraud, corruption and misconduct.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders and informants to manage end-to-end investigations—engaging specialist expertise, gathering intelligence and producing high-quality evidence
  • Build capability across the organisation by sharing practical advice, delivering training and strengthening investigation techniques and fraud awareness
  • Drive proactive initiatives to identify vulnerabilities, evaluate controls and uncover opportunities to better protect the business
  • Support leaders and teams to strengthen internal controls and embed a culture of accountability, transparency and ethical behaviour
  • Manage critical reporting and regulatory engagement, including submissions to external agencies and senior leadership updates
  • Turn insights into action—supporting continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining accurate incident records and enhancing processes to reduce future risk

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience leading and delivering investigations into fraud, corruption, misconduct or policy breaches demonstrating integrity and sound judgement
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders across all levels
  • Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex information and translate insights into clear, practical recommendations
  • Demonstrated excellence in investigation report writing, producing clear, balanced and high-quality documentation
  • Confident communicator with strong written, verbal and presentation skills, able to influence and build trust
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in investigations or fraud control (e.g. Diploma in Government Investigations, Diploma in Government Fraud Control, Certificate III in Investigative Services, or equivalent relevant experience)

By joining Western Power, you will contribute to powering a cleaner energy future. We are dedicated to fostering career development and promoting a healthy work-life balance, empowering you to drive innovation as we develop a network that will serve the Western Australian community for generations. You will also benefit from a range of perks and opportunities, including:

  • Over 50% of our employment opportunities are driven by career progression.
  • Flexible work arrangements to support part time work, working hours and working from home arrangements.
  • The opportunity to purchase up to four weeks of additional leave per year.
  • Access to salary packaging, social club activities, and discounted health insurance and gym membership.
  • An award-winning employee recognition and benefits programme.
  • An innovative team culture that’s enabling the transition to renewable energy and decarbonisation.
  • In addition to standard leave, enjoy three wellness leave days each year.
  • 22 weeks paid parental leave and 5 days of First Nations cultural leave to support family and cultural connections.

Applications close on Friday 3 July 2026
