Your Role in Action

Deliver trusted, high-quality performance reports that leaders can rely on to make confident decisions.
Dive deep into data to uncover trends, risks and opportunities, turning insight into meaningful recommendations.
Partner closely with stakeholders to design and deliver reporting solutions that are timely, accurate and fit for purpose.
Produce clear, actionable reports that support improved safety performance and operational compliance.
Maintain and evolve reporting tools and methodologies to ensure data remains reliable, efficient and impactful.
Investigate data integrity issues across systems and processes, recommending and escalating corrective actions where needed.
Reimagine how data is presented — introducing smarter, clearer and more compelling ways to tell the business story.
Champion continuous improvement by driving greater accuracy, automation and efficiency in reporting and analysis.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience in an analytical role, with a genuine curiosity for understanding data and what it means for the business.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and improvement opportunities and clearly present insights to leaders.
Confidence working with data and reporting tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Access and Cognos (or similar business intelligence platforms).
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy, quality and integrity.
Clear, collaborative communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
A proactive, continuous-improvement mindset — always looking for better, smarter ways to work.
